 | Toss the diabolo up. Move your lifting hand stick under the diabolo as it falls. |
 | Catch it on yourlifting hand stick. If you keep the tip of the hand stick elevated, you can keep the diabolo spinning in one place the hand stick. |
 | Tip the hand stick down to roll the diabolo back on the string. |
